What do you need help with?
Choosing a language
How do I translate the Yavqo website?
Open the language selector in the footer. If preferences and translation are off, it takes you to Cookie Settings. Enable that category and save, then open the language selector again and choose a language.
How do I find a language?
Use the search field in the language selector to search by language name or code. The available list loads from the translation service. If it does not load, check your connection and use the retry option when shown.
How do I return to English?
Choose English in the footer’s language selector to return to the original website text. If you prefer to disable translation entirely, turn off Preferences and translation in Cookie Settings and save.
Why does the URL contain a language code?
The lang parameter records the selected website language. The site also uses a translation cookie to remember it. When translation is allowed, a language specified in the URL takes precedence over the remembered selection.
Preferences and privacy
Why does Translate ask me to change cookie settings?
Website translation uses a third-party service that processes page content. It stays off unless you allow Preferences and translation in Cookie Settings. Saving your choice reloads the page to apply it.
Why did the website suggest a language for my country?
When preferences are allowed, the website can ask ipapi.co to estimate your country from your IP address. If that lookup fails, it uses your browser language. The suggestion asks before changing the language and remembers that the prompt appeared.
Can I change my mind after enabling translation?
Yes. Open Cookie Settings from the footer and disable Preferences and translation. Saving removes the website’s translation cookie and the language parameter from the current URL, and reloads the page without the translation service.
Accuracy and troubleshooting
Some text is still in English. Why?
Some interface elements are intentionally excluded from translation. Account, sign-in, and other private routes do not use the website translator. Text inside images or videos is not translated by the website language selector.
The translation is incorrect. What should I do?
Select English to compare with the original text. Automatic translations may change meaning or miss context, so check important details before relying on them. Record the page, language, and passage involved if you describe the issue to support.
The language selector will not load. What should I check?
Confirm that Preferences and translation is enabled, check your connection, and use Try again if the selector displays an error. A browser extension or network restriction may block the external translation service. You can continue using the website in English.
Does this translate video audio or uploaded documents?
This guidance covers translation of the Yavqo website. The footer selector does not translate video audio or provide a document-upload workflow. It does not confirm features of a separate Translate product.
